Our Shipping Methods

Whenever possible, Happ Automotive Repair Services will gladly COMBINE SHIPPING for our valued customers!
When you place your order on multiple items, we will figure out the lowest possible shipping cost for you!

You can choose from any of the following methods of shipping depending on the size of your item:

  • USPS Parcel Post S&H: The most economical way to ship, usually takes 2-9 business days for arrival.
  • USPS Priority Mail S&H: An economical way to ship, usually takes 2-3 business days.
  • UPS - Overnight: Very costly, but your item is guaranteed to arrive by noon the next day, if your item is paid for by 10:00am the previous day. Please contact us for details.
  • Freight Shipping: We will assist you with multiple methods of delivery via Freight Shipping. Our Freight Terminal is located in Tipton, Illinois. Freight Shipping is used for large items. We offer two ways to ship from our freight terminal to you.
  1. From our Freight Terminal located in Tipton, Illinois, to a Freight Terminal located closest to your local zip code. You would be contacted from the your local freight terminal so you know your item has arrived, then you would notify them of when you will pick the item up. This is usually the less expensive way to ship a large item.
  2. From our Freight Terminal located in Tipton, Illinois to your home or business. This would be curbside service. You will be given an estimated time of arrival and a date. If you choose this option, you would need to be at your home or business the day of the arrival, and would be given a time frame for when the item will arrive. This method is usually more expensive, and sometimes less convenient if you have to stay home that day and wait for the delivery.
  • Insurance is required to protect your purchase. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are always welcome to purchase our items; however, there is a minimum handling fee on international sales and international payment must be through PayPal. Please email if you need a shipping quote to your country.

HOW WE PACK

Rest assured, we take a great deal of care in packing any items you purchase from us, which is why there may be a 2-5 day handling wait period as we are packing your item with great care, locating the essential packing supplies and boxes in order to ensure that your fragile items arrive safely. Most of our items are small and can be placed in padded envelopes or small boxes. For larger items, all fragile orders are marked Fragile on the box. On larger items, we sometimes wrap and box fragile items, then add them into a larger box in order to ensure a safe arrival. We use a variety of shipping materials including, padded envelopes, bubble wrap, news paper, plastic, styrofoam, cardboard wrapping, crating and sometimes hand built cardboard barriers in order to provide you with a worry free purchase.

Please remember that Happ Automotive is an On-Line Store;
therefore, returns and refunds will only be allowed if we grossly
overlooked a defect or an imperfection on an item.
Buyer's remorse is NOT acceptable! 
Returned items should be insured. Any damage on return will be the 
responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is Responsible for shipping costs
 both ways and pertinent fees. There is NO Refund on shipping fees.
